Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the preparation of pedagogic cadres at the post university educational institutions to work with gifted children problem. In this work, on basis of the existing routine of pedagogic cadres preparation at the institutes of higher education analysis, is being risen above a series of problems concerned with a necessity to introduce a specialized pedagogic cadres preparation to work with the gifted children which are notable for their abilities, including by creation of a corresponding system of preparation at the post university educational institutions.
