Essay

In dissertation the analysis of scientific, engineering, organizational and public activity of the known domestic engineer of ways of report, scientist-railroader, specialist is given in industry of railway transport, railway administrator in the first half of ХХ century. Systematizing various spring material, an author integrally characterizes the found aspects of development of science and technique of railway transport in the Russian empire and in Ukraine. Payment of G. P. Perederij in development of science about track and travel economy, development them of theory of collapsible bridges of the reinforced concretes, his fundamental ideas in building of monumental bridges in Saint Petersburg, on Amur and others like that, in the processes of welding of bridges and structural mechanics, scientifically-historical direction of activity of scientist is described.
