Kosovec Y. Deliberative conventions of engineers of service of track in history of science and technique of Ukraine (last fourth ХІХ - beginning ХХ ages)

Dissertation is devoted research of becoming and activity of Deliberative conventions of engineers of service of track of the Russian railways (last fourth ХІХ is beginning of ХХ ages). Research of history of organizationally-publishing activity of these conventions, analysis of their manner and matter, structure, program and rules of edition of "Протоколов заседаний и Трудов", provided a publication not only scientific researches but also critical looked over foreign achievements in industry of track and travel economy. Explored becoming conventions as scientific institucij and basic methodological principles of their scientific activity are described. Scientific labour of members of conventions is reflected, it is indicated on basic directions of researches of scientists scientific creation of which answered the comings to a head necessities of alteration of science and technique of track and travel economy and was inferior the decision of the most important socially-scientific tasks.
