Volchek V. Substantiation of the methods of optimization of structural organization of stationary help of the secondary level

Research object: system of organization of stationary help of the secondary level. Purpose: to ground the methods of structural reorganization of stationary help of the secondary level on the basis of study of adequacy of medical service of the sick being at therapeutic units of city hospitals. Research methods: systemic approach and analysis; library-semantic historical; medical-statistical; expert estimations; sociological; conceptual modeling; biostatistical; economic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: in the dissertation work theoretical generalization is resulted decision of a topical scientific task of improvement of structural efficiency of stationary sector of medical aid providing optimization use and adequate redistribution of a bed-fund at stationary establishments of the secondary level is grounded. The novelty is based on a complex of characteristics of adequacy of stationary service of therapeutic group of patients, scientific justification of a complex means of optimization of use and adequate redistribution of bed-fund of stationary establishments of the secondary level, needs in hospitalization and beds of therapeutic profile an different variants of structural organization of hospitals are defined, economic efficiency of the suggested reorganizations is determined. The degree of introduction consists in the fact that results were used in preparation of the project of Decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About measures on the improvement of the system of medical service of population"; this will allow to promote efficiency of the use of present resources and in a greater degree to satisfy the necessities of population in medical services.
