The author has fully analyzed the health status and the quality of medioprophylactic and social assistances to pensioners of Ministry of defense of Ukraine. The main problems of organization of medical-social assistance were determined what has helped to develop and explain the complex of measures for improvement of medioprophylactic provision system.It was proved the medical, social and economic components effectiveness of the suggested measures regarding the improvement of medioprophylactic provision system of pensioners of Ministry of defense of Ukraine.
