Essay

The author has analyzed the conditions of the cadets' activity during the land training for flights and has defined the main stress factors of this period, which influence the Air Force cadets negatively. On the basis of the research of psychic tension conditions dynamics the author has studied their structural components. It was also held the correlation analysis, which shows on strength of psychic tension conditions and their structural components relation. The author has defined the dependence of the Air Force cadets' psychic tension conditions levels and their components. The special methodology for providing optimal level of cadets' psychic tension conditions during land training was developed, piloted and applied. The methodology was recommended for the Ukrainian Air Force educational institutions and military units.
