Bilousova O. Grammatical specification of the Ukrainian legislative language.

The objects are modern Ukrainian legislation texts. The aim is to study the grammatical peculiar features of the Ukrainian legislative language. The methods are descriptive, linguistic supervision, comparison, generalization, elements of contextual and quantitative analysis. The list of problems connected with the linguistics of the Ukrainian legislative texts is investigated. Different points of view about the legislative language status are analyzed. It regarded as independent functional subtype of the official style of the Ukrainian literary language. The typical features of the modern law style are pointed out. General understanding of the language as the factor of legislation in systematical organization of the language was the basis for all-round investigation, which include the analyses of the morphological and syntactical levels studying of legislative acts language.
