This dissertation is an experimental-theoretic research of the socio-psychological conditions' impact on the development of future teachers' I-conception. The different positions of researchers on the problems of the I-conception and their ideas about the I-conception's structure and functions, the making of I-conception in ontogenesis of the personality are envisaged. The impact of I-conception on pedagogical activity is analysed. The specific of future teachers' I-conception's development is envisaged. The model of future teachers' I-conception is developed. The methodical foundation of researching of socio-psychological conditions' impact of I-conception are developed. The socio-psychological conditions and methods of their examination are distinguished. The empirical results are analyzed, the nature of impact of number of socio-psychological conditions on future teachers' I-conception development are revealed. Within the longitude research the trends of future teachers' I-conception development during the traditional organization of educational process at the higher educational establishments are investigated. The programme of the realization of work by future teachers' I-conception development is developed, the effectiveness of this programme is substantiated.
