The investigation includes both theoretical and methodological foundations and the practical results of the research of readiness of comprehensive school managers for the forming of the educational organization's positive image as result of their training. It presents educational organization's positive image content and structure, the factors and peculiarities of the forming of educational organization's positive image. It determines the content and structure of comprehensive school managers' training for the forming of educational organization's positive image. During the affirmative experiment the peculiarities of school managers' readiness for the forming of educational organization's positive image and factors which have impact on this readiness' forming are discovered. The results of the training experiment prove the expediency and effectiveness of the program of the preparation of comprehensive schools' managers for the forming of educational organization's positive image.
