The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation of dependence of spring wheat seed sowing qualities, its crop yield and productive properties on planting conditions (soils, weather conditions), agrotechnical methods (forecrops, fertilizer doses, sowing time, sowing rates) and growth stimulators. Based on the results of the research, a model of optimal yield parameters for more than 4 t/ha of high quality spring wheat seed was worked out. A quantitative correlation between sowing qualities of seed of maternal plants and their productive properties is established. Leguminous plants or their oat mixture are revealed to be the best forecrops for growing spring wheat seed of high quality. When studying the complex influence of fertilizer doses, dates of sowing, sowing rates and weather conditions with the help of variance analysis, it is determined that weather conditions - 60,6 % and fertilizer doses - 19,7 % had the most significant influence on spring wheat yield, while sowing qualities of seed were most influenced by sowing time 29,5-68,2 %. It is established, that presowing seed processing with growth stimulators increases its sowing qualities and crop yield, while spraying perennating plants increases the amount of cellulose and protein content. It is determined, that the seed with high productive properties matured on chernozem soil under the influence of a complex of agrotechnical methods such as fertilizer dose - N90P30K60 , date of sowing - April 15, sowing rate - 6 m pcs./h with Agrostimylin being used.
