New, more productive varieties of wheat winter, created in different ecology-geographical conditions are selected, its phenotypical variability and economic-valuable attributes depending on conditions of growing is investigated, peculiarities of inoculation of plants and spike by deseases, formations of seeds, biological losses of yield and their reaction to levels of mineral feeding, terms of nitrogen application are established. Agrotechnical methads which accompany increase of yielding abilities, sowing qualities, coefficient of reproduction and an output of certified seeds of agricultural crops by way their presowing treatment and sowing with use seed dresser, fungicide, biostimulator, bacterial fertilizer, ways of sowing, seeding rates and them after-action on efficiency of plants are investigated. Advantage methods of plants selection is proved, parent heterogeneity of seeds is investigated. It is given an economic and bioenergy estimation of the investigated elements of growing technology of grain crops on seeds in conditions of the western part of Forest-Steppe. As result of selection of adaptive varieties to conditions of the growing, the simplified scheme of elite production, it is possible to accelerate in 3 - 5 times introduction of new varieties in manufacture. Improved technology production of wheat winter seeds will provide the following parameters: productivity of seeds - 5 - 7 t/hа, coefficient its reproduction - 20 - 25 units, an output of certified seeds - 70 - 80 %, mass of 1000 seeds - 45,7 - 46,3 g, energy of germination - 87 - 89 %, laboratory germination - 94 - 98 %.
