Essay

The work devoted technological maintenance of quality flat surfaces of steel details at a stage of finishing operation. The way has been developed for achievement quality of surface during combined face milling which consists in preliminary plastics deformation of surface and the following cutting of a part of the strengthened layer by the instruments equipped with superhard materials. Experimental researches have confirmed adequacy of theoretical models combined face milling. Procedure of the project of an optimum way of incorporated processing is created.
