Essay

In this thesis the results of the economical and biological estimation of new strains of fungus P. ostreatus based on classical researcher's methods was shown. Two best strains of oyster fungus are market out by the complex of economical and biological characteristics. It was established the dependence of the ability to accumulate biomass on liquid nutrient medium, the productivity both in laboratory and under intensive cultivations on solid carbon substratum. Obtained data will be useful for economical and biological estimation of new strains of fungus P. ostreatus and will allow reduce time for strains monitoring and introduction into industrial growing. It was established that quantity of albuminous fractions (calculated using electrophoregrams of wort nutrient medium) and absorption band intensity IR-spectrum Е, 1040 sm-1 may be useful for estimation of economical and biological signs of fungus. It was recommended to determine productivity of new strains using calculated linear characteristics of fruit bodies (coefficient of habitus). Influence of ultraviolet and laser irradiation on economical and biological signs of new highly productive strains of oyster fungus was shown. The specified physical impact was recommended for increasing of fungus P. ostreatus fruit bodies' productivity. The main results of work was introduced into industrial fungus growing.
