Komendant O. Transformation of the labor market in the global information economy.

The dissertation is devoted to labor market transformations in the way of modern civilization of the global information economy. This paper explored the conceptual foundations of the spread of the information economy as a modern transformation of the labor market envi ronment. Identified the category of "change" in the context of reforms in the labor market under the influence of the global information economy. Determine the level of maturity and degree of manifestation of the global information economy as a transformation of the labor market environment in the way of modern civilization. Grounded the provision on harmonization of requirements for workers in the information economy. Developed model of transformation mechanism of the labor market in the global information economy and found the dominants of Ukrainian labor market transformation as a consequence of the expansion of the global information economy. The comparative characteristic of the labor market of Ukraine is done under the basic parameters of the appropriateness to knowledge economy. Determine ways of improving the functioning of the labor market of Ukraine in accordance with the needs of the global information economy, including the initial respondents' survey.
