Essay

The object of the study is parts of the complicated configuration at treatment on lathe operations. The purpose is development of management principles of the technological system on the basis of automation of diagnostics and prognostication of machining quality for the increase of its stability. The methods are: mathematical design, mathematical statistics, fast Fourier transformation, theory of cutting of metals, theory of the electromagnetic phenomena, mechanism of artificial neuron networks, theory of realization of scientific experiments. The novelty consists in establishment of intercommunication of signals EMF of cutting and electric magnetic field close to the area of cutting with the parameters of roughness and deformation strengthening of the machine-turned surfaces. The results of the work allow of stabilizing the parameters of superficial layer quality at machining on heavy lathes with CNC on the basis of diagnostics and short-term prognostication of the indicated parameters. The industry is machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
