Demura I. Formation of Professional Competence in Students of Economics in Professional Training Process

The thesis is devoted to the scientific research of professional competence formation in students of Economics in the process of their professional training. A wide range of the scientists' views on the nature of professional competence as a phenomenon has been analyzed. World and Ukrainian experience of "business incubating" are generalized as well. During the research integrated scientific knowledge about the process of professional competence formation, its structure, content and formation criteria are detailed out. The professional competence model and its formation program are proposed to be introduced in professional training of students of Economics. The pedagogical conditions of the introduction of the proposed model in the higher schools academic process are theoretically grounded and experimentally verified too.
