Poltoratska O. Global institutional cooperation international aviation organizations with airports in Ukraine

It was suggested the methodical approaches to building a hierarchical model of institutional coordination system for international aviation organizations from the airports of Ukraine which should provide the competitive position of Ukrainian airports in foreign markets. It was improved the methodical approaches to using the principles of coordination: forecasting, coordination and evaluation of interactions. It was defined and grounded the conceptual model examined optimality criterion which is estimated coordination strategy based on the principles of forecasting and coordination interactions. As criteria of optimality it was chosen the minimum amount of iterations of global coordinating effects depending on the quality of coordinating and linking signals. For optimizing coordination, international aviation organizations (IAO) it were proposed areas of cooperation with the airports of Ukraine.
