Essay

The urgency of scientific research is conditioned by the requirements of future teachers' professional speaking competence and the necessity of developing the level of students' grammatically correct Ukrainian speech. The research describes linguistic, psychological, psycholinguistic and lingual-didactic basis of grammatically correct Ukrainian speech of the students in bilingual environment. The method of development of grammatically correct Ukrainian speech of future teachers in bilingual environment has been substantiated theoretically and tested experimentally in the dissertation. Experimental teaching has proved that the process of forming students' grammatically correct speech is effective on condition that the cognitive communicative approach is used to teach the language; organization and methods of teaching are aimed at developing students' motivation interests to study the Ukrainian language grammar and forming the aware requirements of language self-perfection of future teachers of humanities in bilingual environment; the traditional and innovative methods and techniques are combined rationally, the system of assignments and drills is aimed at prevention and correction of mistakes of interference character.
