Korol D. Culturological reconstruction of early-Scandinavian thanatology

The object of the research – traditional ancient Scandinavian world view as it system. The methods to be used: historical and culturological approach, system and activity, structural and semiotic, historical comparative, genetic and other aspects. Formulations of the complex system of death and after-death beliefs within the Scandinavian world outlook tradition, and the genesis of these thanatic beliefs during pre-Christian and early-Christian periods are the main results of this work. The field of knowledge is culturology, theory and history of culture.
