Essay

The problem of psychological readiness for professional work in the domestic and foreign literature is investigated. The theoretical structure of formation of psychological readiness of young officers of educational structures of Armed forces of Ukraine to service activity is developed and the empirical way checks up its efficiency. Factors which determine decrease in level of psychological readiness of young officers of educational structures of Armed forces of Ukraine to service activity are found out. The program of formation of an optimum level of psychological readiness of young officers of educational structures of Armed forces of Ukraine to successful performance of service activity is developed by them and the empirical way checks up its efficiency.
