Dissertation is devoted to the study of organizational and pedagogical principles of structuring the learning material and the generalization of the fundamental economic disciplines. In the process of educational research it was grounded organizational and pedagogical principles of structuring and generalization training materials on economic subjects for bachelors; there were defined features structuring the curriculum of fundamental economic disciplines; the notion of logical was clarified and the concept of didactic structuring of teaching material was defined; a model for structuring didactic principle of promising lines was formed, the notion of generalization of training materials was clarified and the algorithm of its implementation was developed, organizational and pedagogical model for the formation of the generalized system of the fundamental knowledge of economic subjects for the full assimilation of students was developed, a mathematical model to determine the generalized kernel of the knowledge of the discipline used.
