Khatsanovskiy V. Methodological System of the Armed Forces Personnel training for Peacekeeping activity

The thesis deals with the analyses of the modern experience of carrying out of international peace support operations and defines the pedagogical aspects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine peace support units participation in these operations, determines the notion " the content of peace support contingents training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine". On the basis of the leading ideas and principles of the subject- acting approach the methodological system of peace support contingents training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is theoretically and experimentally justified. In particular, the methodology of professional-psychological selection of individuals for peace support units, the methodology of military-professional and the methodology of foreign language training of peace support contingents in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is developed. The thesis also provides rationale for the methodology of assessment of an individual military man readiness to take part in international peace support operations. The results of experimental check confirmed the effectiveness of this methodological system.
