Shevchenko Y. Training of future teachers of music for the organization of art-creative activity of children's musical-instrumental groups.

Thesis is devoted to the important problem of modern pedagogical theory and practice - training of future teachers of music for the organization of art-creative activity of children's musical-instrumental groups. On the basis of theoretical research the essence and structural components of the training are described, a special accent is done on the role and functions of higher pedagogical education in a solution of the mentioned problem. Criteria, indices and levels of readiness of future teachers of music for organizational providing of art-creative creativity of children's musical-instrumental groups are determined. Pedagogical conditions aimed at making more effective training of future teachers of music that have to solve questions of value-oriented, informational, methodical and practical contents are substantiated theoretically and verified experimentally. Formational experiment fully proved effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions and methods in a solution of the mentioned problem in the system of professional-pedagogical education.
