The thesis presents a theoretical summarizing and a new decision of the scientific problem of the metabolic disorders and frequency decrease of the neurovegetative, psychoemotional, metabolic disorders and life quality increase of the patients who had the extraction of the organ of the reproductive system by means of the posthysterectomy syndrome early diagnostics and timely used pathogenetically reasoned non-hormonal therapy of the developed clonicohormonal changes. The clinical peculiarities of the posthysterectomy syndrome were established depending on ovaries extraction and preservation and depending on time passed after the hysterectomy. Also, the dynamics of the gonadotropic and gonadal hormones which women had after 3, 6 and 12 months after the hysterectomy was determined. It was established that the posthysterectomy syndrome was characterized by the dyslipidemia after 6 and 12 months after the operation among 43,4% and 70% of women who had an ovariectomy, and also among 25% and 85% of women with preserved ovaries (p<0,05). Under such conditions the structural changes and blood flow disturbance in the preserved ovaries appeared after 6 months after hysterectomy. The non-hormonal therapy positively influenced the lipidic and hormonal blood spectrum. The application of the phytoestrogens in postoperational period among women with preserved ovaries decreased the coefficient of the blood atherogenesis. The neurovegetative symptoms regressed after 3 months of 70 mg of isoflavones intake, and after 12 postoperative months of 35 mg of isoflavones intake. A "good" life quality was determined after 3 months after hysterectomy among women who took 70 mg of isoflavones. Women who did not take the introduced therapy estimated their life quality as "satisfactory" after 3, 6 and 12 months.
