Deputat Y. Hygienic argumentation of correction general daily ration of nutrition of military personnel service for a fixed period of Armed forces of Ukraine

The thesis dedicates the scientific argumentation of ways of correction of practical general daily ration of nutrition of military personnel service for a fixed period of Armed forces of Ukraine for a optimal nutrition. In fact, that the practical nutrition of military personnel for the components of dietary intakes and food value doesn't agree with physiological needs of youth undergoing pre-conscription military training during the adaptation for military service. The ways of correction of practical general daily ration of nutrition and proposed the ways of its correction due to adding the domestics albuminous and vitamins product of special use for military personnel service for a fixed period have been argumented. It permitted remove the deficit of vital nutritions into the ration and balanced it; also provided the energy valuables for practical nutrition. The correction of practical general daily ration has positive changes for structural and functional indexes and status of nutrition of military personnel, their exercise performance, asexual providing of heart rate and central hemodynamics has been improvement. Also the tendencies for the stabilization peroxide-oxidation blood lipids and optimization the process of adaptation for the military services have been determinated.
