The thesis is focused on the systematic analysis of international mechanisms of implementation of international legal norms in the sphere of fight against trafficking in women. The notions "trafficking in women", "victim of trafficking in women", "exploitation of victims of trafficking in women", "violence against women" were clarified. The norm-creating activity of implementative character was characterized. The impact of the acts of international intergovernmental organizations on the development of international legal norms in the sphere of fight against trafficking in women is defined.
