Zinchuk N. Forming of analytical competence of the future managers in higher educational institutions

The work is devoted to the research of process of the analytical competence forming of the future managers during their professional training in higher educational institutions ІІІ-ІV levels of accreditation. In a thesis the problem of forming of analytical competence future managers as important professional competence, component them is uncovered. The didactic conditions of forming of the students - managers analytical competence are spotted, is designed, the model of forming of designated professional quality is justified and approved, the authoring methodics of analytical competence forming is designed. The pedagogical experiment on designated to a problem has proved efficiency of offered measures, which successful terminating has become the foundation for drawing up of the methodical guidelines on forming analytical competence of the future managers.
