Dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of professional competence of vocational school's information technologies teacher. It exposes the essence of the concepts "competence", "professional competence"; determines the concepts of vocational school's information technologies teacher professional competence and its structure. Certainly basic criteria, organizationally pedagogical terms, maintenance and methods of levels' diagnostics of development of professional competence for vocational school's information technologies teacher are underlined & defined. The model of development of professional competence of vocational school's information technologies teacher, which includes aim, organizational, content, operation-technological and diagnostic constituents, is presented. Quantitative and high-quality experimental job performances witnessed efficiency of action of developed model's of development of professional competence of vocational school's information technologies teacher. Substantive provisions of dissertation are implemented in the methodical system of vocational educational establishments of Ukraine.
