Solomakha I. Scientific bases of making of town plans on satellite images for the needs of town-planning (by the example of separate towns of Ukraine)

Object of research: the territories of towns of Ukraine, their planning-functional structure and organization. Purpose: working the methodological and conceptual bases of cartographical substantiation of making of town's plans using materials of DSE and GIS-technologies for their attraction to work up the town-planning documentation for a long time in the future. Methods: the systematical approach and system-structural analysis; the model; the cybernetic methods; methods of classify; the geographical discerning of satellite images; historical and comparative analysis. Scientific news: proved the methodological and conceptual bases of making of town's plans using satellite images by super high resolution as space-temporary informational models of place, which subject to essential transformations with purpose their practical using as plans; created structure-graphical models, which doing the system of scientific presentations by towns as objects of cartographication, promote security of their adequate reflection on the plans and in the system of graphical materials, which are fundamental in the town-planning; proved a role of town-planning documentation's cartographical security; disclosed the idea her graphical part, determined elements of content of schemes, which make her, especial, the basic plan; inculcated and proved the term "town-planning maps"; realized the comparison of detail of topographical plan and basic plan's content; elaborated the methodic of making plans of towns by BSR with using GIS-technologies; offered methodical bases of research of dynamic's building of towns, elaborated and realized the technology of renewal of town's plans with using satellite images and GIS. Theoretical meaning: theory-methodological positions, methodical elaborations and recommendations direct to decision of questions scientific substantiation of cartographical reflection of territorial structure of towns on the town-planning maps. They create scientific base for substantiation of special directions of geographical cartography on the foundation of geoinformational conception. Practical meaning: the methodic worked off and inculcated by working the general plans of Big Alushta, Irpin's regions, towns of Bilgorod-Dnistrovsky, Odessa, Bashtanka, settlement of Kozin, the normative monetary valuation of towns of Schastye and Vyshgorod.
