Object- developing rhythm and intonation in English speech of primary school learners. Purpose - theoretically ground, practically work out and experimentally check up methods of rhythm and intonation in English speech of primary school learners forming. Methods applied: theoretical, empirical and statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - at first the the essence of "rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech of primary school learners" in the structure of sounding speech culture is revealed; concept "rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech" is specified, its component composition and elementary levels of teaching are investigated; formation specific features of rhythm and intonation skills are characterized; the didactic model of rhythm and intonation constituent of English speech of primary school learner forming is worked out; theory and methods of forming rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech got further development.
