Object- developing rhythm and intonation in English speech of primary school learners. Purpose - theoretically ground, practically work out and experimentally check up methods of rhythm and intonation in English speech of primary school learners forming. Methods applied: theoretical, empirical and statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - at first the the essence of "rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech of primary school learners" in the structure of sounding speech culture is revealed; concept "rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech" is specified, its component composition and elementary levels of teaching are investigated; formation specific features of rhythm and intonation skills are characterized; the didactic model of rhythm and intonation constituent of English speech of primary school learner forming is worked out; theory and methods of forming rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech got further development. Practical results - methods of rhythm and intonation constituent in English speech forming are worked out, which is aimed at forming and improvement of primary school learner vocal skills in listening, reading and talking; the subsystem of rhythm and intonation exercises, methodical recommendations, are created. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - secondary schools.
