Mechanisms of public control realization over the provision of administrative services by the public authorities. Justification ways of improving the mechanisms of public control, can provide the appropriate level of public control over administrative services provided by public authorities.Methods of study are: method comparison and synthesis system and method of comparative analysis, structural-functional method, the method of rational criticism, strukturnosti, sociological methods, etc..Theoretically expediency introducing the institute authorized to protect the rights of citizens (civil defense) as a subject of public control,that will improve the system of public control over the activities of public power and expand its subjects at the local level.The expediency of subjects of public control as a normative criterion, as dominant in the evaluation of administrative services, given the current state of civil society, the level of public activity and public awareness.A put in practice the public authorities of cooperation agreements between NGOs and public authorities having added a new version of the Law of Ukraine "On public associations" under the norm, which envisages the conclusion of binding agreements. The results introduced in the Crimean Centre of retraining and upgrading the skills of government, local governments, state enterprises,agencies and organizations at the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Executive Committee Pervomayskoy City Council.
