Shyk M. Adaptation of students of pedagogical college to professional work in the process of professional training.

In the paper conceptual and structurally semantic bases of modern continuous pedagogical education are analysed and a place and functional role of pedagogical college are defined. The essence of adaptation of students of pedagogical college to professional activity is found out, its structure is developed and theoretically grounded. The pedagogical diagnostics of initial levels of adaptation of students of pedagogical college to professional activity is carried out; the pedagogical conditions of successful adaptation in the process of professional training are defined and theoretically grounded and their efficiency is experimentally tested. The author special course of "Technology of adaptation to professional activity" is developed and inculcated in practice of professional preparation of students of pedagogical college and methodical recommendations of its teaching are well-organized.
