Essay

The dissertation is devoted to psychological training of the young teacher in the system of postgraduate education. It is shown, that each stage of psychological training is aimed at forming of a psychological literacy, psychological competence, and psychological culture of specialist which together determine his psychological readiness for professional and personal self-realization. The groups of psychological difficulties of a young teacher at an initial stage of professional activity are identified and described. They adversely affect the adaptation and implementation of the professional functions of a teacher. The theoretical model of psychological training of a young teacher is developed; the forms of its realization are grounded in the process of postgraduate pedagogical education. The methodic-organizing and psychological conditions as factors in good psychological preparation are indentified, which reflect the regularity of increasing of the level of psychological readiness of a young teacher to professional and educational activities. The program of psychological training of young teachers in the system of postgraduate education is elaborated and tried.
