Medvedeva S. The development of assertiveness of the future practical psychologists in the process of their professional formation.

This dissertation is devoted to the problem of developing of the future practical psychologists' assertiveness in the process of their professional formation. The role of assertiveness in the process of professional formation of future practical psychologists has been substantiated on the base of theoretical and methodological analysis of the scientific works on pedagogy and psychology. The model of practical psychologist' assertiveness has been elaborated. The criteria, indicators and levels of the development of assertiveness of students-psychologists have been defined. Psychodiagnosis tools of investigation of future psychologist' assertiveness have been developed and tested. The main tendencies and conditions of the development of future psychologists' assertiveness have been defined. It has been established experimentally, that the training which is developed and implemented in the process of professional development of the students of speciality "Psychology" is the effective means of the development of the decent level of future psychologists' assertiveness.
