Essay

In pts with ischemic heart disease registered progress disorders: hepatic hemodynamic, microcirculation and endothelial dysfunction depending on systolic and diastolic dysfunction of left ventricular (LV). The condition of endothelial dependent vasodilatation become worse by lowering ejection fraction (EF) of LV. The condition of endothelial independent vasodilatation in case of moderately abnormal systolic dysfunction is worse than severely abnormal. The thickness of left ventricular wall in case of conserved systolic and diastolic function of LV is thinly than conserved systolic and first type of diastolic dysfunction. In case of restrictive and pseudonormal diastolic filling heart dimensions was larger. In case of moderately abnormal systolic dysfunction of LV in pts with restrictive and pseudonormal diastolic filling the data's endothelial independent vasodilatation and von Willebrand factor smaller.
