Essay

The research object. Cryopreservation of granulose and cumulus cells of human ovary for xenoimplantation. The research aim. The estimation of the effect of different cryopreservation factors on morphofunctional integrity of granulose and cumulus cells ( GCCs) of human ovary. Research methods: cryobiological (programmable freezing, low temperature and hypothermic storage of tissue), morphological assessment using the methods of light microscopy, the method of fluorescent probes using confocal laser scanning microscopy, method of monolayer and tissues embedded culture, method of xenotransplantations, radio immunological and immune enzyme method of examining hormones, statistical methods of parametric and non-parametric analysis. On the base of experimental studies by means of the submerged culture method, xenotransplantation of GCCs to ovariectomized female rats, fluorescent probes and histological preparations there was designed the cryopreservation method for GCCs.
