Essay

The object - the TP of the manufacturing of the details of machines having holes. The aim of this paper is the raising of the exactness of the dimensions of the holes of details received and the ensuring the quality of their surface layers. The scientific novelty: the complex approach to the solution of the problem of ensurance of the ultimate indices of exactness and the quality of the chassis details was firstly realized. The practical significance - worked out TP and in the construction of the technological equipment for producing chassis details having holes. Extent of application - main conditions of investigations were made for the production CE "VTTA", ed. process at VNTU. Sphere of Application - machine-building and metal processing.
