Object - psychological features of personality in system of pedagogical interaction; purpose - the study of mechanisms of psychological defense of personality in system of pedagogical interaction and justification effective ways and conditions of their formation; methods - theoretical and methodological analysis, systematization and generalization of psychological data, establishing experiment, methods of mathematical statistic; novelty - first described features of psychological child protection in compare with protection of teachers, discovered age features of children psychological defense; first identified structural mechanisms of psychological defense of a person, expanded the understanding of the phenomenon of psychological protection of personality in ontogenesis, particularly described new ways of psychological protective regulation of person at the level of organization its activity and self-realization, improved ways of psychodiagnostic of mechanisms of psychological defense of a person by creating the methodical complex, expanded notion of purposeful formation and development of structural mechanisms of psychological defense of a person in system of pedagogical interaction; results - is that methodological complex of studying psychological defense of subjects of pedagogical interaction, developed corrective developing program can be used in work by school psychological service and also by methodical organizations in educational institutions, psychological and pedagogical trainings for teachers and children, psychological and pedagogical consulting of all participants of the educational process defined for use in psychological and pedagogical practice; field - psychology
