Object of research: process of change of parameters of the technical state of main mine fans, working after the normative terms of exploitation. The purpose is to develop and realize estimation of operating reliability of main mine fans, working after the normative terms of exploitation, and grounding the term of extension of their safe exploitation on the basis of laws, characterizing probabilistic connection between operating reliability factors of ventilators and the parameters of their technical state. Research methods are based on systems approach with the use of theory of reliability, theory of probability and mathematical statistics, analytical mechanics and mathematical physics, positions of statistical dynamics and correlation-spectral analysis. Experimental researches were carried out with the use of modern measuring apparatus and f computer technologies at data processing and data analysis. Theoretical results: determined the law, which characterize probabilistic connection of reliability factors of fans with the vibration parameters of their technical state. Practical results: method of evaluation of operating reliability of fans and package of the computer programs, which carry out realization of this method for monitoring of the main mine fans technical state. Novelty: for the first time determined statistical dependences between the operating reliability factors of main mine fans and vybroparameters; the criterion of estimation of the technical state of fans is expressed through functional of stochastic process of vibration parameters change, which characterize probability of fan's faultless work and is the sum of random components for present time and linear combination of random influences at the previous moments. Results are used at the OSK "SRIMM named after M.M. Fedorov" during expertly-technical inspections of the technical state of fan plants and extension of term of their exploitation and implementation of researches, implemented into an educational process at the Donetsk National Technical University. Industry of the use: mining machine-building.
