Essay

Scientifically reasonable conception worked out and introduced into the practice of public health optimized system of management of quality medical service for children with diabetes mellitus, which consists of two models - structural and functional and information-methodical provision. New high-quality elements: technique of risk forecasting diseases development and technique of quality of patient's life and satisfaction by medical service, introduction of experts for estimation of medical service quality became the inalienable constituents of the offered optimized system.
