Gurtov D. Transnational capital in structure of the global financial market

The original work is devoted to the complex research into questions of transnational capital in the global financial market. The author has considered the problems of complex research into changes in the world financial environment in the conditions of globalization with the exposure of transformation, restructure features and future research into possible ways and variants of development of the global financial system on the basis of the transforming aspect of transnational capital functioning (corporate capital). In the process of research, the author's clarification of the basic concepts and the features of globalization processes of the world environment and financial market was performed, its financial sphere and transnational transformations on the basis of conceptual study of theoretical principles, development and empiric approbation of complex methodology of analysis, formation of key indicators for the estimation of dynamics were investigated. A complex of measures of the optimization and regulation of transnational capital on the global financial market has been suggested, taking into account up-to-date priorities both of the national economies and corporate level development.
