Object - sport preparation of female students of speciality "Physical education" in the instructive-training process in high jump; aim consists in the theoretical and methodical substantiation of the usage of technical means and methods by forming technical skills of female students of speciality "Physical education" of 1st - 2nd accreditation levels in the instructive-training process in high jump; methods - supervision, questioning, cinecyclography, tensodynamography, electropodography, electromyography, mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time the method of using "facilitating leadership" and the method of electrical stimulation of muscles for the forming of technical skills of sportswomen in the instructive-training process in high jump are scientifically substantiated; the new method of control of technical skills level of sportswomen, which specialize in high jump with running approach is applied; results confirm efficiency of the proposed methods of using modern techniques in the instructive-training process and they can become a foundation for practical usage; sphere - physical education and sport.
