The thesis is devoted to the analysis of criminal procedure guarantees of the participants of international armed conflicts. Scientific concept and dominant characteristics of criminal procedure guarantees of the participants of international armed conflicts is examined in science of our country for the first time. The classification of the criminal procedure guarantees of the participants of international armed conflicts is provided on the basis of the current international law norms and international law doctrine. Peculiarities of normative content of each criminal procedure guarantee taking into account staging of criminal proceeding are defined.
