Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem development of future teachers' self-organization skills. The meaning of the notions "self-organization", "professional self-organization", "professional self-organization skills" are defined more exactly; structural components of professional self-organization skills, criteria, indexes and levels of their development are marked out as an important characteristic of future teacher's professionalism. The totality of pedagogical conditions is displayed and their effectiveness in the process of development of self-organization skills is examined. Model of pedagogical training for development of professional self-organization skills is elaborated. Program of development of observable skills in the process of pedagogical training of future teachers is theoretically substantiated and experimentally examined.
