Essay

Тhe thesis is devoted to the research of psychological characteristics of interpersonal relations of military women in the conditions of militaryservice. The principal psychological characteristics of interpersonal relations of military women have been revealed in the thesis. The principal reasons of origination of problems of interpersonal relations of military women during their service activity have been explained. The psychological diagnostics and prevention programme of origination of problems of interpersonal relations of military women has been elaborated and its efficiency has been experimentally checked. The practical recommendations to commanding staff concerning prevention of problems of interpersonal relations within the military units with military women on service in different situations of their service activity have been improved.
