Essay

The research is dedicated to the formation of the acid-based buffer of brown-podzol gley soils of southern Pre-Carpathians, the changes under the influence of extensive agricultural use, the possible conditions of soil formation process, the influence of the intensification factors and acid rains. Analysis of spatial-profile nature of the main indicators of physical and chemical properties and acid-base buffer of the soils under extensive agricultural use is made. The transformation and the dynamics of the acid-based buffer under the influence of possible moisture conditions and acid precipitation are traced. The influence of liming, phosphorating and liming combined with phosphorating on the acid-based buffer indicators are studied.
