Hmara M. The development of highly technological clusters in the EU.

The economic nature of highly technological clusters is considered, the systematization of kinds and structure of innovative-technological clusters are grounded, the pre-conditions and features of forming of modern innovative clusters in EU are analysed. The institutional instruments of realization of clusterization of innovative production processes are researched, the specific of macroadjusting of functioning of highly technological clusters of EU are determined, the basic directions of co-operation of businesses and state at forming of activity of the highly technological systems are founded. The methodology of calculation of efficiency of highly technological clusters and alternative models of their development are worked out and founded, the competition positions of the highly technological cluster systems of EU are determined, the influence of technological clusterization of EU on innovative development of Ukraine are grounded.
