Kharchuk O. Principles of international economic law in conditions of globalization of world economic relations

The dissertation is devoted to studying complex analyses of principles of international economic law due to the latest tendencies of development of international economic relations, taking into account native and foreign doctrine sources, researches of contracting practice between subjects of international economic law, and offers complex classification and characteristic of the principles of international economic law. Primary attention is paid to the legal contents of such notions as principles of international economic law, standards of international economic law. The author gives analysis nature of the principles of international economic law, proposes definition of standards of international economic law and determinates place of standards in international economic law system. Although, a lot of attention in dissertation is focused on interaction of the principles of international economic law with its standards. The dissertation deals with the application of principles of international economic law between contractual parties, such as states and international organizations. At the same time, attention is focused on the question of action of principles of international economic law in legal system of European Union.
