The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of international competitiveness' development in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the competitiveness' factors classification has been proved. The economic potentials of CEE countries have been analyzed. The author has suggested the algorithm for evaluating vulnerability of economy from financial-economic factors. The competitive advantages of Ukraine among the countries of CEE have been pointed out. Has been suggested the dynamic multifactor model which allows to analyze the role of innovation and financial factors in short and long period of time.
