On the basis of the studies it was proved that the most influential factors as adverse changes of water resources, including their quality are economic activity in National park, particularly undigested recreational activities, and lack of purposeful activity relative to a renaturalization of drained wetlands.It was proposed the main trends of nature protection territories development based on the implementation of water recourses integrated management and determined the limitations on water-economic and recreation activity.It was recommended the recreants flows distribution within the territory of Shatsk National Nature Park taking into consideration lake stability and determination the limits for water supply and water intake according to the functional zones of protection, control and stationary recreation and economy. With the purpose of aimed at health conditions keeping on coastal land, including water area, littoral forest ecosystems the most important is the creation and setting of coastal areas and water protection zones. It was developed the methodological grounds of integrated water resources management for protected areas in the Polissya zone according to growing anthropogenic load on the environment. It was proposed the methods of water resources management based on ecological monitoring data to foresee the consequences of multifactorial influence on water bodies and determine the required measures to ensure their preservation and protection.
